We may change our terms and conditions at anytime, this will only apply to subsequent orders made.

Next Day Delivery

Guaranteed next day delivery is available for £4.99 on all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm. Just select 'Next Day' at the checkout for this service. Please note that severe weather conditions may have an effect on services and is beyond our control. This is only available to UK mainland customers. If you are outside of this area and require your item urgently please contact us.

Worldwide Delivery

We send any of our items worldwide for £1.99 and all items are insured. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes there may be in your country of residence, so please make sure you are aware of this. Europe please allow 5-10 days and all other areas please allow 5-14 days for delivery. These delivery times are not guaranteed as they are sent using standard postal service which is not traceable.

UK FREE Delivery

UK items please allow 1-3 days for delivery once dispatched. Orders are sent for free using standard 1^st class mail.

Telephone Ordering and Customer Service

We can be contacted on 01933 624084, the office is open Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm. There is an answer phone for all other times so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Telephone orders can be accepted but we can only send to the registered card holder's address.

Purchase of goods

As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All items listed are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you.

Dispatch

Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours(mon-fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods

We cannot accept returns for earrings due to health & hygiene regulations as earrings are placed into the skin of your ear. This does not affect your statutory rights and therefore if the items are damaged or faulty we can then accept a return of these goods.

Privacy Policy

Men-earrings.co.uk is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission, we know how annoying that can be! All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
